Booked 4 rooms, all the air conditioners were broken!! The hotel asked the engineering depar**ent to turn on the main switch, but there was no air conditioning all night! I didn't sleep all night! The pillows and quilts smelled bad! The cabinets in the room were also dusty! The breakfast was also very bad! I went to the hotel front desk to argue and get an explanation, but to no avail! The 4 stars the hotel posted are not even as good as a budget hotel!! I will never stay there again!! The experience was very bad!!!
