Feedback for Hilton Zhongshan ***************************** Good day Sir/Mdm, I have an excellent and enjoyable 15th Wedding Anniversary stay in Executive Suite (King- bed) at Hilton Zhongshan from 1 Dec-2 Dec. Services provided by the staffs were outstanding. Everything was smooth from check in, during stay and check out. I would like to compliment the following staffs for their wonderful service provided by them. Names are shown indicated as below; I definitely will come back here to celebrate our wedding anniversary at this hotel again next year. Great location for visiting Zhongshan to stay in this hotel. It’s near the landmark along the river. The staff are great soon as we check in to the time checking out. We will be back!

Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

The room is very big, the bedding is clean and comfortable, there is a lake view, birds are singing, it is very comfortable and feels like home. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Zhongshan! Perfect investment hotel, the bath products are all Perfect brand, very easy to use!

Originally wanted to give one star. In the end, I gave five stars, which was for the little brother who was on night shift last night. But I still have to say that the hotel's equipment problem, the experience is really extremely poor, don't live in 416! The air conditioner on the 4th floor is a display. The equipment is not good, don't open it to the guests! Last night was July 15th, the temperature was extremely high, and the air conditioner was not cool for one night. At first, I thought it was a little slower to cool down, so I waited until 2 am. In order to cool down, I did everything. I didn't sleep in the middle of the night, sitting on a chair and blowing that cool breeze. I really can't stand it, ask my husband to take the shell of the notebook to cool me. Husband has a good temper, saying that it is too late to trouble others. I just pushed it until 4 am and went to get a wet towel on my body to cool down. It was still hot, so hot that I wanted to lie on the porcelain sheet on the floor to sleep. Finally, I thought of the air-conditioning in the lobby when I first checked in. A person was forced to run to the sofa in the lobby at 4 o'clock in the morning and lie down to sleep. Finally, the little brother in the lobby saw me lying directly in the lobby to sleep and opened an air-conditioned room for me. I haven't tried it for more than ten years. I stayed in a hotel and lived so dry and tired and so aggrieved.

Spacious room, clean and tidy, nice service, great location with supermarket and restaurants nearby

It was a lovely comfortable experience. The staff go out of their way to help you the best way they can. The only thing that was a pity was the hotel wasnt able to let us use the swimming pool as it wasnt in use and it was over 30 degrees at that time.
