JI Hotel properties in Zhongshan

When traveling with my child, I usually opt for well-known chain hotels like Ji Hotel or Atour. This time, I chose Ji Hotel again, and it's by far the best Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was excellent as always. The hotel is by the river, and our room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an unobstructed view of the river. My child was incredibly comfortable, happily rolling around on the bed. Their laundry room was an absolute lifesaver for a mom traveling with a child in the summer. My little one can go through three or four outfits a day, so being able to wash their clothes promptly and thoroughly, then dry them until they were warm and cozy, made our stay so much more enjoyable. Our happiness levels definitely soared!

The hygiene was excellent, and the front desk service was fantastic – very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is really great! It's clean and bright, with new and smart facilities. The location is super convenient, right on the main road connecting the east and west sides of the city, and close to the outer ring road, making it easy to get to Zhuhai. There are three large shopping malls nearby, and restaurants and tea shops deliver takeaways quickly. The lobby downstairs is spacious, and the elevators are elegantly decorated. There's also a co-working area, and you can pick up or drop off packages right near the front desk. The breakfast spread is excellent, I really enjoyed it!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep. The front desk service is thoughtful, the breakfast category is rich, and the first choice for travel.

Our original booking was for a twin room, but due to a change in plans, we ended up in a family room, which was an amazing upgrade! Facilities: Very new and excellent. Cleanliness: Great, very clean. Environment: Excellent, loved the unique scent of the All Seasons Hotel. Service: Fantastic, the front desk staff, both men and women, were all very polite and offered service with a smile. The only minor suggestion is that All Seasons doesn't provide conditioner with their toiletries, and their shampoo can be quite drying. It would be great if they could introduce their own brand of conditioner to go along with it in the future.

【Stayed so comfortably, highly recommend!】 This stay was a truly pleasant surprise! 🏨 ✅ Location: Just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Taxis to attractions were also reasonably priced. ✅ Room: As soon as I walked in, it felt clean and bright. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and there were two pillow heights to choose from. Even with my back issues, I slept a full night without any discomfort. The duvet was light yet still felt secure. ✅ Soundproofing & Hygiene: At night, I barely heard any hallway noise, and the air conditioning was very quiet. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, hot water was instant, and the toiletries smelled lovely. ✅ Service: The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room and patiently recommended local eateries. They also gave me a complimentary bottle of water when I checked out.

The room was massive, even a standard room felt huge. There was so much space I could easily get my workout in without even needing to go to the gym. It was very clean, and they provided a generous amount of bottled water – half at room temperature, half chilled. This kind of thoughtful service from Hanting (Quanjii Hotel brand) is really appreciated. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the food tasted good and the dining area had a nice ambiance. The location was excellent; pretty much everything you could need was within walking distance. The only downside was that when I ordered something for delivery, the courier wasn't allowed to come up to the room, so I had to go downstairs to pick it up. I understand it's for security reasons, but it would be great if there were an alternative solution.

Reception staff is very polite and friendly. Response to our request of non smoking room is professional. The only unsatisfied point was the guest that was smoking inside the elevator.

Another trip here was a great experience. When I first visited, the hotel had only been open for a short time, and now, three or four months later, it has improved significantly. The service is much better now, and the rooms are still as nice as ever. The front desk gave us two complimentary breakfasts, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfasts were comforting and provided a satisfying meal. If I were to return, I would definitely choose this hotel again. The front desk staff were very welcoming and chatty, which was a wonderful feeling I had when visiting a new place. They were very proactive in fulfilling my needs, and explained things clearly even if they couldn't. Thank you again for your warm hospitality! 🥰
