I originally planned to take my child to Mount Putuo and booked a highly-rated family room. To my surprise, this family-friendly hotel exceeded all expectations. I even fell in love with the shower cap, and the smell of the kids' toothbrush and toothpaste! The balcony in our third-floor family room was spacious and lovely. There's also a small children's play area on the third-floor terrace, and the 'snowflakes' sprayed during the Christmas season were just adorable. Dinner prices were comparable to outside restaurants, so we just ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The weather warmed up to 21 degrees during our stay, perfect for an outdoor stroll to watch the sunset by the sea. The young lady at the front desk was very gentle and patient, and the breakfast was also abundant, with decor and food choices more appealing to little ones. We didn't even get a chance to try the infinity pool, indoor kids' water park, and children's playground, but we're already very satisfied. One small suggestion: the self-service dryer doesn't show the remaining time, which makes it hard to gauge when to go upstairs to retrieve laundry. A time display would be very helpful.
