Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

Before staying this hotel, I read some negative reviews on cleanliness and service. Therefore, I am worried about it. However, the actual experience was totally different. The room was very clean and huge. The cleaner definitely did a great job. Not only that, the warm welcome especially from the bellboy staff were great. One of the night shift staff (Lionel) went to the extra mile to help us order food delivery because our overseas number cant do so. I hope they can keep up standard and hope to stay there again.

It was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world. The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel. The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles. We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable! Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. I have always believed in the level of several hotels under the Accor Group. Although it has now become a subsidiary of  Huazhu, this ibis was better when it was booked at the time. I did not hesitate to choose. It did not disappoint me. Although the hotel is not big, it is very new and very delicate. The service at the front desk was very good. I saw that the adjacent room we arranged for us and gave us an upgrade to one of the rooms. The layout is very good. There are some. I sleep and I don’t feel very depressed. The screen projection TV looks very comfortable. At the same time, the water pressure is also very high when taking a bath.  Ctrip points redeemed for breakfast. This price is very good. The breakfast tastes quite good. The location is also good. It is close to Gongbei Port. The only downside is that the elevator  ~ It is not convenient to go up and down. Sometimes you have to give a seat to the robot 😂

Tian·ONE Light Luxury Hotel Apartment (Zhuhai Fuhuali Branch) was a great choice for my one-night stay in Zhuhai. The apartment was in a prime location, 5 mins walk to the lively Fuhuali and Jiuzhou Avenue shopping areas, where I enjoyed a variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The apartment was also easy to reach from the Gongbei Port and the Jiuzhou Port by car. The hotel staff were attentive and responsive to my messages. The room was large, bright, and tidy, with a simple and elegant design. The room had a TV, an air conditioner, and a private bathroom. The bed was cozy and the bedding was fresh and clean. The hotel offered disposable towels and toiletries, as well as a hair dryer and a razor. The only minor issue was that the reception was on the 10th floor, which was not very obvious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable and convenient place to stay in Zhuhai.
