酒店人手不足，基本沒有服務，自助為主；
雖包含早餐，但是早餐質量較差，品類很少；
交通不便，停車場管理混亂，無人值守。

先説服務：可能是衹有我們一房客人的緣故，酒店基本沒有客房服務，缺少的東西都是自己跑到前台去尋找工作人員以後再要。
再説硬件：房間相當大，空間設計和品味也可圈可點，但是細節非常不到位。首先，馬桶蓋不是緩降，用完掉下來嚇人一跳。其次，洗漱台上沒有洗手液和擦手毛巾非常不方便。再次，沒有浴缸套提供，使用起來比較膈應。最重要的是，洗澡水温低到雷人的地步，不得不沖完淋雨再一壺一壺燒熱水倒進浴缸泡一下舒緩洗澡温度過低帶來的不適感。
最後説一下週邊環境：山清水秀之地，早晨被鳥兒叫醒的感覺實在很贊。
綜上所述，希望酒店加強服務意識，做好細節，不要白瞎了這麼好的環境和硬件。

호텔은 자공 젠산 바로 옆이라 젠산 관광시 아주 편리한 위치입니다. 복무원이 많이 부족하고 시설은 부분적으로 고장나 있습니다.
아침식사는 간단합니다.

我體驗的倒是沒有一星的那麼差，我到的晚，也找了一下服務員。房間寬敞，套房，有機麻，浴缸。地漏堵了，浴缸水黃色，沒敢泡一泡，總體來説還是比較滿意。住一樓有個小院子，環境設計不錯，清凈。早餐就是麪食，還行。

廁所反味嚴重，沒有做乾濕分離，這年代還在用浴簾！水壓極小，11月份洗澡，洗多久冷多久！房間角落到處都是發黴的跡象！早餐衹有三種，麪條湯圓餃子，問你要吃哪種，就給你煮哪種，怪死難吃！四五百的價格，連停車都不免費，説的衹免4個小時，超出收費。。。。沒得下次了，拉進黑名單

房間還是不錯。但離城太遠、道路彎道多，通行好友來回都被顛暈車了。服務質量極差，是我住過的酒店以來最差的，配不上這個價位。給個大大的差評。
