The room size, view, toiletries, and in-room amenities all exceed the typical positioning for this brand. Additionally, the soundproofing is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough for a truly comfortable bathing experience. From pre-arrival inquiries about the lantern festival, the reservations department was incredibly helpful. As a newly opened hotel, there are still some details to iron out, especially regarding room cleanliness. However, I have to give five stars to the front office department, particularly Lily and Eric at the hotel's front desk. They absolutely deserve a five-star rating for their responsiveness and follow-through on guest feedback. Their service was attentive and thoughtful without being intrusive – professional yet human. Welcome cookies: Delicious, freshly made, and still warm when they were delivered upon check-in."

At 9 PM, they thoughtfully offered a complimentary late-night snack—simple dishes like noodles, porridge, and white fungus soup—which brought us convenience and warmth. They even gave us luggage tags upon departure, showing their thoughtfulness in every detail. Thank you, Howard Johnson Zigong Guotou Hotel."

"Our family of five retirees chose Qinyue Hotel on March 18th to see the famous Zigong Lantern Festival. We all agreed that I should give Qinyue Hotel a 5-star rating for the following reasons: 1. **Location** This hotel is located in the heart of the old city, making it incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and sightseeing. To see the lantern festival, it's just a 5-minute walk to the No. 8 lantern shuttle bus stop at Tanmulin, with buses departing hourly from 6 PM to the Chinese Lantern World. There's also a Lantern Museum nearby. As for the famous Dinosaur Museum, it's currently undergoing major renovations and will reopen at a later date. 2. **Room Amenities and Comfort** We absolutely loved and praised the hotel's soft furnishings, especially the bedding, pillows, etc. The quality of the bed linen was comparable to that of a 5-star hotel – incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The hotel bathrooms feature automatic toilets, and every detail shows the hotel's thoughtfulness and careful attention. It looks like a recently renovated hotel. 3. **Room Cleanliness** The cleanliness was excellent and we were very satisfied 👍. The room floors were gleaming, made of high-quality large tiles, which naturally leaves little opportunity for dirt to accumulate, right? Combined with the hotel's standardized cleaning management, the hygiene was superb. 4. **Breakfast** Breakfast is included, and everyone entering the breakfast area will be pleasantly surprised and have their appetites stimulated, as there's a wide variety of choices. My personal favorites included: white fungus soup, rich and aromatic freshly ground soy milk, crispy golden fried glutinous rice and banana dessert, siumai, buns, steamed twisted rolls, fresh stir-fried vegetables, two types of congee, various stir-fries, pickled vegetables, and more. The breakfast selection was surprisingly abundant. 5. **Service Attitude and Value for Money** This hotel offers exceptional overall value for money, with many unexpected delightful surprises. Of course, we had to give it a full score. The service attitude was even more meticulous and considerate; any questions or requests were answered and guided patiently and thoroughly. 6. **Minor Flaws** Both the front and back entrances of the hotel are inconspicuous. The back door opens directly onto the road but requires going down a few steps to reach the elevator, while the front entrance has upward steps leading to the road. Also, the hotel's exterior looks a bit old and is not very noticeable. Of course, haha 😄, this also creates a surprising contrast between the exterior and interior."

The breakfast selection was incredibly abundant, and most importantly, the hotel facilities are so new and top-notch! The smart fragrance system in the room smelled wonderful – fruity top notes, woody middle notes, and herbal base notes – it was so relaxing! The one-button master lighting, blackout curtains, and individually pocketed spring mattress made me never want to get up! The smart toilet is perfect for winter, and the high-flow rain shower is incredibly relaxing! The Xin·Gravity New Energy Vehicle Lifestyle Plaza is right downstairs, and it's adjacent to the Fourth People's Hospital. Shopping at Huashang International City is super convenient, and the nearby Lantern Park and Fantawild Dinosaur Kingdom are easily accessible! The wake-up service was also incredibly thoughtful! I didn't get enough of this stay, so I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Zigong. I'll make sure to give it my best! ✨"

Check-in was smooth, but when we got to the room, we thought we'd gone to the wrong one, since we'd booked a twin room for younger children. It was such a large family room! The staff must have upgraded us; and if they upgraded, they made it so luxurious. The room type is exactly as pictured and described, and the kids loved it. The breakfast the next day was also plentiful, and the kids didn't want to leave until after 11 am before we had to check out! A wonderful trip! The family-friendly hotel made for a perfect ending."

The room facilities feel like they are from 20 years ago. I booked a two-night package, but I really didn't want to stay the second night, so I changed hotels."

"I've been staying in various guesthouses lately, and this place truly stands out as perfect in comparison. I checked the towels, and they were immaculately clean! The mattresses are all extra thick, providing excellent back support with no pressure at all. For the price, this hotel is simply perfect! **Cleanliness**: Extremely clean! Both the soft furnishings and the hard facilities were spotless. **Environment**: It's right next to the snack street, so there's an abundance of food options downstairs! There's also a shopping mall nearby. I'd recommend it for both families with children and travelers. **Service**: Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Sichuan, this one is hands down the best. From the front desk staff to the bellhops, everyone helped with luggage, even carrying it all the way to the room, which was a huge help since I was traveling with a child and had a lot of things. It's rare to find a five-star hotel that is pet-friendly and offers free pet food! Cons: Located near a high-speed rail station, it's relatively remote. While dining at the hotel was an option, the food was slow to arrive, possibly due to the National Day holiday crowds, and the taste was average, not up to five-star hotel standards. Suggestions: The bathroom and washroom areas are large, but there's no place to hang clothes; this could be improved. The carpets could also be kept cleaner!"
