非常滿意的一次入住。我們是自駕車前往的烏江寨，車停在西寨口（因當時看見評論説酒店離西寨口近），近景區入口，若是入住景區內酒店，可以免費行李託運至酒店，非常貼心❤️在景區服務中心辦理完入住，乘坐擺渡車（我們第一次去，不太熟悉，其實步行就可以前往酒店，很近的☺️）到達終點後，酒店的帥氣小哥哥來接我們，一路給我們講解遊玩攻略！我們入住的是陽台大床房，房間在二樓，進入房間，作為媽媽角色的我，帶着兩個孩子，最在意的就是酒店環境衞生，結果讓我挺滿意的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻唯一覺得有一點點小小的問題，就是房間窗户打開以後，進入陽台稍不注意，會不小心碰到，但是這種吊腳樓似的酒店都是如此，所以我們把窗户關上，問題也就不是問題了😁房間對着就是音樂噴泉，不用出門就可以在房間陽台看錶演，非常方便👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻第二天的早餐也非常豐富，中西式早餐，滿足許多人羣需要，兩個兒子很喜歡，我最中意的就是辣雞麪，味道還是很不錯的，不愛吃辣的有清淡的食物可選擇！酒店前台，後廚都很熱情，非常貼心，兩個兒子説，下次還要來住這家酒店⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

非常非常滿意！是這些年不論酒店還是客棧，數一數二的舒服。首先管家會在站點接我們，石板路還有樓梯，上上下下提着大箱子帶路。帶我們到房間，暖氣已經開好了，並且告訴我們怎麼遊玩最好。房間推窗就能看到竹筏飄表演，還能看音樂噴泉。雖然不如五星級酒店設施高檔，但是服務暖心，硬件設施簡潔美觀實用紮實！衞生也很安心！所有的管家永遠笑盈盈很暖心。大晚上我女兒餓了，想問客棧有沒有泡麪賣，管家直接免費送了自己烤的麪包。走過太多旅遊景區，淳樸又暖心的商家真的讓人記憶深刻！另外烏江寨管理真的很好，沒有很商業化，但也不是未經開發的落後無聊。節目很豐富，山水油菜花都很好看。拍照超級出片。趁着還不是特別火，趕緊沖吧！（最後兩張圖片是客棧三樓餐廳陽台的景色，廚師手藝很好，適合吃不了太辣的我們一家三口）。

服務：很到位！在服務中心登記後，就有服務人員陪同到擺渡車上車處，到站後便有酒店的人員幫忙提行李帶路到酒店
設施：自駕車停在寨子外，車位很多
環境：水寨位置很不錯，推開窗就能看見水上竹筏表演

亭子、小橋、水、船、梯田、寨子的燈光，日乘搖櫓船看烏江上的吊腳樓及各種民族文化表演，夜賞燈火璀璨和無人機表演。
來之前在攜程上預訂了一家臨江民宿的水景房，喜歡他家的陽台和房間，吹吹風、看看美景、發發呆……工作人員認真負責，全程貼心服務（帶身份證直接在客服中心辦理入住手續，可直接將行李託運至房間，不辦託運也會有專人幫拿行李送上擺渡車，並交待司機師傅你入住的民宿，下襬渡車後，民宿安排人來接。離店時，行李也可辦託運至停車場旁，全程都免費，衹要你是入住顧客都可享受）

不得不説來烏江寨度假特別合適，一進景區，感覺環境就很乾凈很舒服，沒有看到過一點垃圾，我住的是竹瀾水寨，在辦理完入住，就有小姐姐打電話來説會在站點來接我們，我們行李比較多，幫我們提了兩個行李箱，後面還回來幫我提了一次，不得不説她的力氣是真的很大👍，早上起來小姐姐正在澆花，剛好被我捕捉到了彩虹，早餐非常的豐富，味道也很好，他們中餐味道也是很棒，，發朋友圈就很多朋友問這是哪裡，烏江寨是一個特別值得來的地方，還有這家民宿

酒店乾淨衞生，送了歡迎水果，給升級了房型。前台服務特別好，非常熱情有禮貌。早餐提供的早餐味道不錯，説可以免費續麪哦，老公胃口大又給免費做了一份新的。來的時候是淡季，人少景美很清幽。

開車到東門，下午3點多，車子比較多，停車也就停的遠了些，步行300米左右到遊客中心，辦理入住那裡有人帶去坐擺渡車，會幫忙拿行李，竹瀾水寨，也有貼心小哥來接，幫忙提行李，定了陽台的房間，晚上看演出比較方便，就是無人機看不到，房間衞生可以，吃飯也方便
