First time visiting Furong Ancient Town, and this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff's service was top-notch – incredibly kind, attentive, and highly responsible. To ensure my stay was perfect, she proactively offered tons of super practical tips for getting around and finding great food, always ready to help with anything I needed. Truly exceptional hospitality! The hotel's environment and cleanliness were impeccable, and right outside our room, there was a free self-service washer and dryer. The breakfast staff, especially the auntie who prepared our vegetarian noodle soup, was so thoughtful. Definitely a five-star experience! If you're also visiting Furong Ancient Town for the first time, don't hesitate – this is the place to book!

She even offered to help plan our itinerary for the National Park based on the weather conditions after we moved to a different accommodation.  She checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay, treating us truly like family. Her service is next level—beyond 5 stars! Her warmth and consideration made our trip unforgettable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Our biggest discovery was the rooftop. The view from up there is simply mesmerizing — we spent our evenings there. It’s a place of pure peace that we will remember forever. But the true treasure of this hotel is its owners. We haven’t met such kind, caring, and sincere people in a long time. Special thanks for your help with booking tickets to the attractions. Thanks to you, we avoided all the queues and saw the most important sights without any hassle. Overall, our experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. Communication was handled through WeChat and translation apps. Although the hotel had promised transportation from the station, they only arranged it after we contacted them on arrival day. At check-in, the receptionist repeatedly asked us to cancel our Trip.com reservation in exchange for a “better rate.” We declined, but the insistence made us very uncomfortable. We later reported this, and the hotel denied it, calling it a “translation error.” After that, the staff became overly attentive, offering multiple “complimentary” items and constantly messaging us with basic housekeeping questions. While meant as hospitality, it felt excessive and intrusive, especially during a vacation. At check-out, the same staff member pressured us to leave a 5-star review and implied that transportation was conditional on it. This raised serious concerns, so we chose to take a taxi instead. The situation escalated further when he followed us to continue insisting. The facilities are average: the bathroom is very small, the shower floods the floor, towels are worn, and the AC had an unpleasant odor. On the positive side, the bed, balcony, and view were nice. Without these issues, we might have had a better impression. However, the lack of transparency, pressure tactics, and overall discomfort made this a negative experience.

The scenery is incredibly beautiful, as you can see from the pictures, and the service was unbelievably good. My Furong Ancient Town trip was elevated from an 8 to a 10 just because of this wonderful night. It really reminds me of that youthful saying: 'Good wine, good food, and good company.'

Very good stay experience and at very affordable price. Room was clean and had all amenities required. Plenty if restaurants and convenience stores nearby and baofeng lake is at walking distance. The hotel staff helped me arrange the trip itinerary and make bookings at discount. The staff also arranged for one-way drop to all tourist locations free of charge. Highly recommended!

beautiful hotel room on the riverside, away from the noise of the main touristic streets. Distance to the east gate of ZNFP: 30 min walking, 5 min with Didi. Hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, we loved them since the beginning of our stay. The room was always clean and there was enough space to open two big suitcases. Strongly recommend!

On arrival at Fenghuang, hotel send car for free transfer to hotel. Instructions are to go to the right of about 80m from exit to car parking. I sent a photo to hotel owner prior. The driver recognised us and took us to the hotel. Room is clean and bed was comfortable for the price we paid for 1 night. Hotel is very close to the scenic sights. Owner very helpful and gave us tea when we came back to the hotel after sightseeing. There were bowls of mandarins to eat as well. Arranged for pick up the next morning to return to train station at a cost of 20yuan. Can get cheaper via DiDi. We needed a bigger car for all our luggages so more convenient for this arrangement. Yes, if u r not too fuss and not expecting a 5 stars arrangement, this can be a good place to stay for a night. Get the owner to arrange for entry tickets to the town.

Our stay at Floral Hotel felt like a very authentic experience, the room was beautiful with ornamental furnishings. The view from the balcony was enchanting and directly overlooked the scenic river. Not too close to the waterfall, so the noise was low enough to sleep. The balcony is just above an entertainment area, so in the evening you can sit out and experience the local social events. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were picked up from the train station and also dropped off. It was really convenient to communicate with staff via WeChat.

Room was very nice, facilities were all good. Location was a quick walk to the waterfall. The towels had holes in them, there were dead squished flies on the walls. We weren't aware when booking that the entry to the scenic area wasn't included so we paid another 90 yuan per person just to enter. The staff were generally helpful but she confused the paid performances with others. We were told we could watch each of the performances but then were refused to enter the area. But, they offered a free pick up from the railway station and offered to for a ride back. The room is right next to a bar with live music so isn't quiet at night.
