The tower is constructed of reinforced concrete, wrapped in glass, and consists of sculpted volumes arranged around a central support core. As the tower rises from its flat base, it spirals upward in a tapering fashion, reducing the mass of the building as it reaches the sky. At the top, the central core emerges and forms a spire.
