Hidden within Yuexiu Park in Guangzhou is the Korean Garden

Hae Dong Gyeonggi Garden, also known as the Korean Garden, is located on the east side of Yuexiu Park, with a construction area of 14,000 square meters, comprising three scenic areas, including the Flying Dragon Courtyard, traditional Korean houses, and the Moss Vegetable Garden, among others. The Korean Garden is the crystallization of the cross-national garden-building activities between Guangdong Province and Gyeonggi-do of Korea. The garden mainly adopts the classical architectural style of Korea from about 600 years ago, constructing the 'outer garden,' 'inner garden,' 'main courtyard,' and 'back courtyard' in the most traditional Korean Confucian scholar 'villa' style. It features buildings such as the Sejong Tower, Yulgok Pavilion, and Chasan Pavilion.
