Appreciation post to Trip.com! Must read!!

First time booked tickets to the US via Trip.com. I've done few trips to nearer destinations before and was pleased with the service. So I thought why not try a further destination. Im so glad I did!! The ticket price were amazing!! To those travelling alone or in group trust me this app is sooo useful coz you dont have to keep looking at the departure board to know your flight details.. it gives you the Gate number and complete info of your flight! It will also alert you if or when your flight is delayed.. I just loved it!! Another best part about Trip.com is the customer service advisor is there for you 24 hours and very helpful!!
