Escape the summer heat in Inner Mongolia, where the Wulan Hada Volcano Group is spectacular, as if you've arrived on the surface of the moon

This place resembles the Martian surface more than any other on Earth, with several volcanoes rising abruptly from the vast grasslands, both stunning and ancient. It is also a great summer retreat. The Wulan Hada Volcano Group is the closest group of volcanoes to Beijing, having erupted 10,000 years ago. To this day, we can still see the traces left by the once-flowing lava. The best-preserved volcano of the Wulan Hada group is Volcano No. 5, while the most damaged is Volcano No. 6, and the most convenient for photography is Volcano No. 3. Volcano No. 3 stands apart from the other volcanoes on either side of the road, allowing us to visit it first before exploring the others. Half of Volcano No. 3 is empty, and the popular phone booth is located here. Volcano No. 6 resembles Mars the most, with volcanic rocks scattered everywhere, pitch-black in color. Put on a spacesuit, and it feels like you've really arrived in outer space. Standing before nature, one can understand the insignificance of humanity.
