One way for a person to relax is to stay at a favorite hotel

Business trips often place great importance on hotels, as they are places to relax the body and mind after a busy day of work. I'd like to share a hotel I frequently stay at when returning to Shenzhen from business trips in Hong Kong—the Pullman under the Accor group. It is located next to Shenzhen North Station, within walking distance from the East Square, and the hotel's free shuttle service is a big plus. The hotel features world-class design by HPP Architects, with an artistic screen in the lobby. The designer integrated the lines of rail transit with the warm colors of Lingnan's Manchu windows in a hollowed-out design, adding a sense of spatial flow; the staircase, with its four 11° rotations, allows for a bird's-eye view of Shenzhen's cityscape from various angles—one of my favorite designs. Additionally, I really buy into the eco-friendly design; the room cards are made of wood, and the guest rooms are mainly furnished with warm-colored furniture, complemented by C.O. BIGELOW brand bath products. The separate wet and dry bathroom shower is very enjoyable, and you can also soak in the bath or drink coffee in the room while overlooking the beautiful high-altitude scenery. · When I come to Shenzhen, I always meet up with friends to catch up, so the afternoon tea and dinner offerings at a hotel become particularly important. The Xingpu all-day dining restaurant's afternoon tea is exquisite, with regular theme updates, so it never gets boring after several visits. May and June feature the 'Vitality Mango' theme, tasting from savory to sweet; the mango mousse's shape is deceptively realistic, a very cute little chubby mango! If you're alone, you can experience something very novel—a robot making hand-poured coffee, which I've only seen in this hotel. The beans are medium-dark roasted, the taste is average, but it's very interesting! ·The lobby lounge is also a nice place to work and relax, with an environment that is very suitable for hosting some art-themed events, making the experience feel more innovative. · The current theme for dinner is Japanese and Korean cuisine, with Japanese-style decorations everywhere, sashimi platters, tempura, oden, and other dishes that rival exquisite Japanese restaurants—limited to one serving of pan-fried foie gras, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, grilled oysters, and other dishes including Cantonese cuisine, grilled items, desserts, etc. This time there are also dishes from the upcoming Sichuan flavor theme, including the eagerly anticipated crayfish, which are bouncy and refreshing! Dining in such a stylish and exquisite place, watching the night fall over Shenzhen, the atmosphere is fully charged, and I noticed there are private booths, which are no problem for small gatherings. · In my view, the Shenzhen Railway Pullman is a hotel full of personality and art, with a unique transportation advantage, making it a great choice whether for business trips or travel.
