Noodles With Big Prawns

Trying is believing. I have heard so much good stuff about whitley road big prawn noodles that I just have to try it and I was not disappointed. Whitley road big prawn noodle is not at whitley road but they are located at old airport road food centre. It is not hard to miss this stall at the first row and especially with its catchy yellow colour signboard. Their prawn noodles is their signature dish and I ordered their $5.50 bowl with prawns and pork ribs. I wasn't expecting alot of prawns for $5.50 but that's OK. The noodles tasted great with the shallots and chili sauce, while the pork ribs were so tender that it fell off the bones. The soup broth was packed with umami goodness. Just love it! Like I said, trying is believing so go try to know how good it is. #tripblazers
