Instgram worthy windmills at Gaomei Wetlands

Gaomei Wetlands is famous for sunsets, with the windmills as the backdrop and muddy wetlands in the foreground. Beware of the extremely strong winds, strong enough to blow away any loose objects. If you are feeling adventurous, you may walk in the mud at the demarcated part of the wetland at the end of the boardwalk. There are street stalls selling snacks if you are craving for something to eat. As this place is not the most accessible from the city centre, it is strongly advised to get there by car or have a private driver to bring you around. Buses at limited frequencies are available if you still prefer public transport but you need to cross the bridge, and note the timing of the buses and plan accordingly.
