The preferred destination for travel, Xiamen, Xiamen's choice, W Hotel

The W Hotel, known as one of the five beauties of Xiamen, has always been a must-visit destination for trendy internet celebrities. The hotel is located in Baolong City, about 10 kilometers from the airport, which is considered a bit remote. It takes about half an hour to get to the major attractions in Xiamen, but there is a subway station right downstairs, and taxis are also very convenient, so it's a peaceful retreat. The hotel's design adheres to the consistent nightclub style, very trendy and individualistic. From the moment you step into the lobby, it's like entering a world of dazzling lights, but the saturation is pulled too high, with a riot of colors, lush greenery, and a dazzling national style that is very trendy. HBA's design chose the egret as the hotel mascot, and its non-mainstream style is quite cute. The hotel has a total of 286 guest rooms and suites, incorporating unique elements of Xiamen, a seaside city. The fantasy suite with the tail number 10 that I stayed in this time is about 90 square meters. The biggest feature of the room is the color-changing painted walls inspired by the characteristics of Egret Island, using RGB art lighting to display the tropical style of Xiamen. The streamlined fabric sofa with brightly colored pillows brings out the party scene, and the white feather lamp on the side of the sofa seems to echo the theme of the egret in detail, but it has a hint of romantic ambiguity. The bedroom is much more low-key, with round bedside lamps and chandeliers on both sides of the bed, all striving to create a sense of technology. The washing area is a simple black and white match, with a bathtub standing by the window where you can bathe in the sun, and the double basin vanity is also quite ingenious in design. Dyson and TOTO are also standard equipment for trendy luxury hotels. The hotel is very attentive to members, with almost all the services you would expect, and can be considered a benchmark for Marriott in Xiamen, although it claims to have a sea view, it's actually too far to see. The hotel does not have an executive lounge, but there is a simple HH starting at 17:30 in the lobby bar. Although there are not many dishes, they are all very delicious, and the handcrafted cocktails and W's unique champagne are also great. The high-altitude swimming pool is located on the 35th floor, along with the Heat bar on the same level, separated by a glass, true to its name with golden and colorful waves, and the occasional pool party in summer is worth experiencing. Breakfast is at 'Wukui Jiuli All-Day Dining', with the English name NINE, a concept derived from Xiamen's 'nine markets', which is the local term for the 9 food markets & food gathering places in the city. Here you can taste Xiamen's special dishes such as satay noodles and noodle soup. There are a very, very large variety of dishes, including ice cream, so you basically don't need to go far to enjoy all of Xiamen's delicacies. W Xiamen is the fifth W hotel I've checked into, and it's of medium level. Looking at the whole of Xiamen, the location is a bit awkward, a certain distance from the seaside, and the sea view from the room is almost completely blocked by a bunch of tall buildings. Overall, it's still worth a stay.
