Sunrise Inn is perfectly located from the Ark. Our trip was for our anniversary and to visit the Creation Museum & The Ark. Very friendly employees that work for Sunrise Inn. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were wonderful. Make the trip even more enjoyable. Motel is an older motel, but they have done upgrades in the rooms. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the room because they had got rid of any nasty carpet and put down nice floors. Very quiet & peaceful around the motel. County cop even drove thru the entire parking lot making sure there wasn't any trouble around. Also, this place is across the road from an awesome & delicious Mexican restaurant. Would absolutely stay there again & recommend to anyone that is going to that area.

Nice hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Night shift manger very nice day shift not as friendly. We did enjoy ourselves and the location was good. Would stay there again.

Great location. Good Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot and The Ark Encounter is just around the bend. I HIGHLY recommend taking it in! Good value for the location alone. Staff member I dealt was was very pleasant. Dealt with same person at checkout that I did when I checked in. Room could definitely use some updating. Clean but very dated. Had no negative experiences with our stay.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. We have found our new spot for vacation stay.

I waited 1/2 an hour in the reception for checking in to the room. The reception was not there when I arrived there. Apart from that the room was ok

Pros.  Good location,  Good price,  Comfortable bed and friendly hotel staff. Cons.  Filthy room floors,  Stench of unsanitise room floor and bathroom, unwashed shower curtain “yellowish” and I found ***** hairs in the bath tub.  I will rate 7 out of 10.

Room was fine for a place to sleep while traveling. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom door missing handle and bathroom was falling apart. They shouldn’t have been so cheap and layed more tile to keep walls from moisture damage
