I had an excellent experience at New Abu Simbel Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially a guy named Sasa—what a nice guy! When I experienced an insect bite that caused some discomfort, they promptly assessed my condition and brought me medication. To my surprise, they even provided a topical cream without charging me, which was very reassuring. Moreover, I appreciated their honesty in listing all prices on the bill; I never felt taken advantage of. This level of trustworthiness is commendable. If you’re planning to visit Abu Simbel, I highly recommend staying at New Abu Simbel Hotel. You won’t be disappointed!

Please stay at this hotel when traveling to Abu Simbel! The rooms are clean with beds, wash basins, toilets and showers, and there are coolers and hair dryers so you can spend your time comfortably. The owner and son are kind, playing and entertaining Nubian folk music, and making good memories of the trip. It's a new hotel just opened in 2026, but you can stay with peace of mind. Breakfast is delicious with freshly made Egyptian food (traditional Nubia dishes) at the time specified here. Fruits and bottles of water were provided free of charge all day. We recommend Nubia's traditional coffee with ginger! It is about 15 minutes walk to the temple of Abu Simbel. It is easy to walk, so there is no problem. They also arrange tickets for the sound and light show at night in the temple. (I was very helpful because I couldn't buy it well on the Internet) In addition, the driver for the movement will also be introduced at a reasonable price, so if you have trouble moving, please consult the hotel. I had a car transfer from Abu Simbel to Aswan. I would definitely like to stay here when I visit Abu Simbel again!

The location of the hotel is very good. In the morning, we walked to the Abu Simbu Temple for about 20 minutes. After the visit, it was only 8:30. The hotel also provided breakfast, but the weight and quality were average. Some of the hotel garden owners are also very clean and distinctive, and the overall feeling is good.
