Bed was very firm and difficult to get comfortable. Breakfast was decent but items were limited. Coffee was excellent. Room location was ideal.

2 stays ago had to wait in the lobby for an hour after check in(3p) since the room wasn’t cleaned yet. This time, wasn’t allowed to switch rooms since I booked online. It was Sunday afternoon and there was hardly a guest in the whole damn place. The breakfast was dismal,, and the hot tub wasn’t working—again!  I realize the online rate was $60/nite and we live in a get-what-you-pay-for culture, but come on. This is AmericInn, not Motel 6. So next time if I have to pay more, I’ll pay more…somewhere else.

I had booked through trip.com, it didn't give me the option to let them know we had a dog. So originally booked a 2 queen bed and 1 pull out couch Suite. We got there and they said the suite wasnt pet friendly so we got downgraded and had to get a cot and the room was smaller obviously but the room actually costed more with the $40 pet fee than the the price of the suite.

It was a very helpful staff. There was no particular place to think the room was dirty, and there were a lot of towels. Amenities include towels, shampoo, rinse, soap Dryer, iron, TV and Wi-Fi were available! Breakfast is a style to take what you like. There are no side dishes such as apples, bread, bagels, waffles (baked by yourself), oatmeal, coffee, juice, other jams, butter, etc., but I was satisfied enough.

Everything was great. They had a 24 hour service desk. That was nice because we had no time to check in at 3:00 pm due to being at a wedding. The front desk lady was nice. The hair dryer had a hair hanging from in. But everything else was good.

We booked 2 rooms. Other room fridge & office chair not working. Otjer room TV not working. Rooms are dark, dark there’s no single lamp in the desk.

Clean and spacious room, and the staff was more than accommodating. For the price I very much recommend this place. Thank you and I'll see you next time.

 It’s located in a beautiful town. Everything is just OK nothing special it does not provide any toothbrush but the bed is good. 

Very friendly staff, not the first time I’ve stayed here. I’ve always had a comfortable time here.
