The Carter Inn
5/548 Reviews
Our expectations were blown out of the water by The Carter Inn. Hospitality could not have been more extraordinary. Greeted with welcoming smiles and warm cookies, everything was readied for our stay. Rooms were super clean and not in the coldly sterile way, but tidy and spotless. Room had a microwave and a small fride... with complimentary chocolates! Towels were fluffy and thick; robes and slippers were hanging ready to use. Herbal soap was handmade by a local entrepreneur. Sheets were buttery soft, and the mattresses were an ideal firmness. We slept soundly, the minute our heads hit the pillow. Breakfast was a full spread, with something for everyone's taste... with a loaf of homemade bread. Yard was set up with a picnic table, badminton set, and other outdoor games. Price was VERY reasonable. Hosts were especially thoughtful, gracious, and charming. What a gem of a place. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
Mountain Modern Motel

The only motel that stayed in the entire journey, the main rating is good, so the adventure experience is better than the imagination. The room is convenient to use and the decoration is relatively new. The only drawback is that the sound is not good and the sound is very bad. The price is OK, but the experience will be fine once and you should not stay at the motel again.
Super 8 by Wyndham Jackson Hole
3.8/5110 Reviews
We have stayed at this Super 8 in the past, and it is very good for such an expensive town. Craig was awesome at check in, offering to help with our luggage, etc. We had a 2 queen bed room, Clean, lots of room for luggage, microwave & Fridge, Coffeemaker, good shower, and comfortable bed. Cons - Carpet had some black stains, Not much Breakfast, and vanity inside the bathroom. Breakfast was muffins, granola bars, bananas, tangelos, and coffee. We would stay again!

Originally thought that the hotel would be very old, but did not expect the environment to be very good, the town is very lively, there are many tourists, the town's steakhouse is impressive, the steak is very delicious

Super 8 by Wyndham Casper West by the River
4.2/5103 Reviews
The Super 8 Wyndham was just what we needed for a quick stop in Casper, Wyoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was a nice touch before we continued our drive to northern Wyoming. This hotel was also priced right! Even though hotel is not fancy, it is not a bare bones place either, they provide adequate toiletries and soft white towels. I would definitely stay here again.
Motel 8 Rock Springs

Clean room, nicely decorated, slept well great bed Superior in every way to other economy motels Stayed three nights and found it to be quiet Several restaurants within easy walking distance Our two Golden Retrievers were welcome-no charge Though it did not affect our stay, we suspect the desk clerk was a former checking clerk at the state penitentiary- the grimmest we have encountered Our room was second floor and carrying our belongings up a flight of stairs at our age was not pleasant. Sunrise Motor Inn

Very much like a small inn. Chinese boss wife is very enthusiastic, affordable and breakfast. The town of Cody itself has a wild west style, and the scenery along the road from the town to Yellowstone is also beautiful. Going back to the inn to hear the familiar accent is also very gracious. There are too many activities and stories in the town to see if you have to listen. I hope I can come again, still live here!
