Dongfang Hotel is one of the old five-star hotels in Guangzhou. When I was a child, I lived nearby and ran to play from time to time. At that time, I felt that this hotel was a garden-style hotel, tall and luxurious, with many foreigners. The childhood dream was to live here for a few days and eat a meal. Looking back at the time, I had nothing, but I didn't want to sit in this hotel today and eat a buffet, not only feeling very much. In a blink of an eye, decades have passed. The original high-atmosphere archway was demolished. Later, I heard that because it was a feng shui problem, I built a small archway. This time I came to eat buffet, and it coincided with the 70th anniversary of the People's Republic of China. There are not many people in the restaurant and it is quiet. The restaurant has always been playing the violin song "Me and My Country". Most of the meals are families with children. There are some types of food in the restaurant, although each category is not a lot, it feels enough. The service in the restaurant is good, and the waiters collect dishes very diligently. From the table with a sign, it seems that this is still the dining place for Russian airline passengers. It is very eye-catching to see a few Russian girls. It is estimated that it is to take a look. This restaurant is still worth recommending in terms of dining environment and service and price. The slight lack of feeling is that the smell of the matching bathroom is heavy and needs to be improved.

餐厅在东方宾馆里面，环境很好，餐厅外面是个花园。自助餐的品种还算多，有三文鱼、吞拿鱼等三四样刺身，海鲜只有大虾、青口和鱼，还有热菜、冷盘、啤酒等好多，菜的味道很好，特别是蛋糕很好吃。服务很好，服务员很态度都很好。

东方宾馆近临中国大酒店和越秀公园，交通方便，宾馆内有多个大型宴会厅，适逢用餐当天是良辰美景之日，所有餐厅都爆满用作婚宴之用！自助餐厅被临时安排到其他的小宴会厅内。出品和服务还是不错的，局限于当天的场地，品种显得有点对不起这个价格！也因为是老牌五星酒店，也有不少外国友人在内用餐。整个过程印象最深的两道菜是螃蟹和甜品，都是非常鲜甜的，回味无穷！
