    北海道之行唯一的一家米其林餐厅,怎么也要来个高星级的,这不花小路,新晋的米其林三星餐厅,被我提前一个月订到了。多亏了在日本的好朋友,这家店并不算难定,因为相对较冷门。札幌市区,还是蛮好找到的。预约了当晚六点用餐,准时到达;庆幸的是他家是允许一人用餐的,因为日本很多餐厅都是拒绝单人用餐之前有过经历,所以特别开心!非常温馨和谐的家庭料理店,地段也不是特别黄金,藏在一栋不算高的大楼的三楼,有本馆和别馆两家千万别走错了。迎客的应该是这家的夫人,气质很好,英文也流利。进门之后脱掉厚重的外套便被带到了吧台区域,厨师团队正在准备当晚的食材,包间里已经有客人在用餐了。角落里非常醒目的米其林三星标牌,看得出店家还是挺骄傲的。想多拍一些环境照被大厨给制止了,下面还有几个小一辈的帮厨,确实是一大家子齐上阵啊!第一道开胃菜就很好吃,山药泥搭配超新鲜的大鲑鱼子,下方啫喱状的物质不仅味道好而且为整道菜的颜值加分不少。接下来的每一道菜都是满满的惊喜。北海道产的玉米做成了天妇罗,手法纯熟,酥香可口;一道海胆茄子大概是全场最佳吧,茄子处理得很清爽,上方的北海道海胆鲜甜至极,很巧妙的搭配。北海道的毛蟹也很有名,把蟹肉整个挑出来做成一道冷菜,考验的也是食材新鲜度。一份热气腾腾的白味噌煮牡蛎,调味比较重但是正好衬托出了牡蛎的鲜美,堪称完美~两贯手握选用了金枪鱼中腹和北海道特产乌贼,手法也不输给专业的寿司店。主菜和牛豆腐应该是寿喜烧的做法,搭配了时蔬味道讨喜。主食部分选择了米饭和荞麦面双拼的组合,米饭是热热的毛蟹饭,鲜得掉眉毛;荞麦面就显得一般了。收尾的甜品环节,掏空的富士苹果里是新鲜制作的苹果雪泥,很有新意。最后买单连同税费和服务费才13000多日元,在三星餐厅里算是相当难得了。北海道之行最难忘的一次体验,下次应该还会再来,只要能订得上位!
