环境与设计：雍从容与素朴。虽然在B2层，但是满堂定做的中式家具使得餐厅从容端庄。即使在餐桌前坐下看到桌面的水墨画设计的石板镶嵌，似与B1层的Jing餐厅的中式浪漫元素遥相呼应，深感酒店对美学研究的本地化学习借鉴的细节的讲究与整体的灵动。菜品与服务：餐厅周活动的菜单搭配是广式点心，但是一款牛肝菌烧麦显示了半岛酒店的眼界与创意，意大利的山地元素与中式海边食物的融合，味道很好地平衡但又创意尝试，是一款一下让人记住的新派小食。粗炒面里食用油量掌握得准确，没有一丝油腻。菌汤的热度到了桌上既可以马上入嘴又能品到热度带来食材的美好！服务员周到有观察，但不打扰就餐过程。等候时送上的芝麻核桃仁也是酥脆甜香。另外还有许多美好的小细节都构成了这次就餐的美好体验。感谢餐厅周的准备策划和凰庭餐厅的餐厅服务文化的建设以及不断探索美食新疆界的探索创新。
