The Hungarian Parliament building is a landmark building in Budapest and the largest in Europe (the second largest in Europe). The Parliament building was built during the Austro-Hungarian Empire and was designed and supervised by the famous Hungarian architect Steindel Imre. The building has 691 rooms, conference rooms and halls, 27 doors, and stairs totaling more than 20 kilometers. The parliament building is a combination of the Hungarian national style and belongs to the neo-Gothic style. Under the red vault is the dome hall, where major meetings and celebrations are held.
