全州 殿洞圣堂是史迹第288号，是 朝鲜 时代天主教教徒的殉教地，是 韩国 三大圣堂之一。拜占庭及 罗马 式建筑风格相结合，是 韩国 最美丽的建筑物之一。 圣堂建造于日帝强占时期，由设计 首尔 明洞圣堂的Poisnel神父设计，包含內部工事，共耗费23年完工，竣工于1914年。圣堂建筑物所使用的部分砖头，是利用当时 日本 统监府拆除 全州 邑城的泥土所烧制的砖头，并用邻近 全州 邑城 丰南 门附近城墙的石头作为地基石。殿洞圣堂的红墙虽然美丽, 但更引人注目的却是圣堂的入口和钟塔。圣堂入口呈圆形拱桥状，体现出拜占庭建筑的风格。3座钟塔以中间最高的一座为中心，左右对称，建筑美悠然体现，绝对是拍照的热门地点。朴 信阳 和全度妍所主演的 韩国 电影《约定》的拍摄场景。圣堂在弥撒的时间是开放可以进入的，但弥撒中不可参观 。其他时间则围着围栏，可以在门口看见圣堂内部，不奢华，简朴，让人肃穆。
