MIT’s learning life is undoubtedly rich and wonderful, but this semester cannot represent the whole year after all. Looking back in 2018, focusing on this experience and stretching the front, from the anxiety before applying to the excitement of getting admission, to the wide-eyedness of the whole semester, and some experience during the exchange period, I think my keyword for 2018 is “Be yourself.”

Known as the “world’s most advanced university of technology,” MIT has produced 91 Nobel Prize winners, six Fields winners and 25 Turing Prize winners. Engineering and computer science are the trump cards of MIT, which owns Lincoln Laboratory and the MIT Media Lab, and is known as academic leaders in the engineering science and technology community alongside Stanford and UC Berkeley. Humanities and social sciences such as management, economics, philosophy, politics, linguistics are equally excellent.

As the two famous schools known for the Cambridge district of Boston, naturally, it is necessary to take a half-day to one day to take a famous school tour. There are no attractions here, mainly known for the two campuses of Harvard University and MIT. MIT is adjacent to the Charles River, with a beautiful scenery in Philadelphia. There are many students and residents who can see sports and running along the way. Linhe is MIT's classic building, and the MIT campus is also very distinctive. The architecture here is full of modernity and personality. After visiting the campus, you can also go to the school store next to you to buy souvenirs. There are no restaurants near MIT, you can go to Harvard Square to eat food.

MIT is a world-renowned cradle of engineers, known for the innovation and excellence of engineering education. MIT is located in the Cambridge area of Boston, and the campus is not particularly large or high-rise, but has masters and outstanding research results.

MIT, science idiots have never dreamed about it in their lives, and it can be achieved without visiting it. The school is located in Cambridge, across the river from Boston, and takes the subway red line to Kendall/MIT station, which is within walking distance. There are student-organized tours in the school, but we just walked around. The most distinctive of the school is the strange shape. The building gives me a magical feeling against the blue sky and white clouds. A notice was posted on the wall of the building, which probably meant that no photos were allowed in the campus building. In fact, I am not sure if I read it wrong in retrospect. In short, I didn't take pictures indoors. Another feature is the “Endless Corridor” that starts at Lobby 7 and runs through the school’s main buildings. The corridor is busy with people coming and going, and there have been students who have made pranks and customized a set of traffic rules for the corridor. Because it is close to the Charles River, you can also see the skyline across Boston from the school side.
