The National Library of Congress of Japan is located in the Chiyoda area of Tokyo, just near the National Conference Hall. There are not many pedestrians in this area. It is very quiet and looks high. It is not particularly difficult to go in and visit. You can go in by registering your passport number and mobile phone. But you can't take pictures inside.

Never been to the Great Hall of the People, I visited the Capitol Building of Japan before I arrived. Unfortunately, no photographs were allowed during the whole journey. One photo was still blurred. The whole building is a modern-style white grand building, the middle part is protruding, the pyramid spire, a total of 9 floors, high 65.5 meters, symmetrical on both sides, each growing square shape. The left is the House of Representatives, the right is the Senate, each high 3 floors.

It's similar to the Congress on TV. It's quiet but orderly without traffic. There's no special security measures. It's like a familiar building. It's like the State Council Building of the Puppet Manchuria in Changchun.
