工作人员的服务太差特别是管鞋的，因为鞋带质量问题摔跤后竟然断了，幸好没有扭伤脚，鞋带就是硬塑料透明的，工作人员很有经验要我陪四十元钱，看来经常发生这样的事。说了有二十分钟让我陪三十元这期间我一直是一只脚站地上另一只脚裸露在外面，零度以下啊！一副吵架的样子我若不答应就不给鞋。这时大堂经理来了还态度不错，赶紧要了鞋帮我换上，谁知也是个只认钱的小姑娘，问她们领导呢！说不在开会了，电话没有，上级监管部门没有，投诉电话没有，玩完走时押金扣了二十元，谁能告诉我投诉电话我要投诉，讹诈消费者，不良商家。
