【口味】图片的菜都很不错，整体咸甜偏浓【环境】中式时尚，大师设计，当然很不错【服务】从服务来看，因为个别工作人员的无心失职，导致8餐厅成为了最令我失望的星级餐厅（当然 比成都银锅要好一点）誉龙轩、永利宫能比这里好上很多。服务内容繁琐，分工不明确导致部分人员一脸疲惫慌张。目前来看8餐厅的服务态度是拉低了澳门星级餐厅的总体水准。顾客与服务员是平等的，有的人在星级餐厅里工作就把自己当得高人一等了，顾客没有冒犯之行动对顾客出言不逊，个人实属不理解。（个人习惯不给差评，按照星级的标准 只值1颗星）
