The Helm Bar & Kitchen Review

It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't so good either. We had a big party for the farewell dinner and chose the Helmsman because it worked best in the geographical location. Service is best dispersed, but the girls who look after the table are clearly working hard with another large group, and a painting activity is underway. That said, it took a long time for the dish to serve, the price was obviously low, and one of our dishes was not served, and when it was finally served, nothing was said on the menu (the dish was billed for missing out and a free glass of wine was smaller than advertised). Overall, I suggest going with a small group, perhaps more relaxed than dinner.
