Wuyi Mountain Tea Soup Hot Spring Resort project has been officially started, which is the first officially operated hot spring tourism project in Wuyi Mountain. Wuyi tea soup hot spring resort project is located in the second phase of Wuhi Seoul, a national tourism resort, covering an area of nearly 20 mu, with a total investment of about 100 million yuan. The project is developed by Impression Stock Co., Ltd. in conjunction with Shandong Chen Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Fujian Coalfield Geological Bureau, and operated by the first-class hot spring management team in China. Authorized by the Wuyishan Municipal Government, the cooperative unit has successfully identified the geothermal resources of hot springs within the scope of the project in the resort area of Wuhi Seoul. The test well is 1507 meters deep and the underground temperature is 53.9 degrees. According to reports, the resort will adopt Chinese style, tea soup culture and hot spring culture. In the moderate and regular Seoul building complex, the hot spring park will add rich tea culture elements, giving the hot spring area a distinct high-end vacation leisure style. In design, the project will express the inheritance of Wuyi traditional culture and the sentiment of modern life through the refinement of traditional design elements, the integration of modern expression methods and the interpenetration of natural garden environment. At present, seven villa-style soup houses, one central garden and one landscape swimming pool have been built in the project area. Next, we will set up two hot spring pools, one hot spring reception center and 53 high-end hot spring rooms, in combination with landscape renovation. The whole project is expected to be completed in May 2019.
