有意义，早上、晚上都能看到不同年龄锻炼身体的人们，打太极、舞剑、跳绳、踢键、跳拉丁舞、广场操、单双杠,尤其健身路一圈一千米，速度快慢自定，氛围浓厚，周六周日上午的古玩古旧市场更添一份游趣。
