Modern and well maintained apartahotel, in a strategic position to visit Agia Napa. Big and with everything you need. I didn't try the restaurant but it had a large selection. The only downside was that the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I would go back without a doubt.

I really enjoyed my stay at Caesar blue resort😍👌🏽 There service was superb. Environment was clean and conducive plus the have several fun sites specially the water park. Generally i had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend ❤️

This is a good resort. The negative reviews understandably complain about the powercuts but it's not that bad. I only experienced one in the five days I was there and it lasted for about 2 hours, but the pools/bars are lit up so everyone just goes to chill there until the power is back on. Also, I had family members staying at a resort 5 times the price further away and they experienced the same thing (powercut). For the resort itself: main positive are the 18 different swimming pools! Great having a such a good choice of different places to chill out and swim (including 1 adults only one). The food isn't incredible but priced OK and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms (with balconies) are really good too - perfect air-con and very good sized fridge/freezer. I was worried with the recent one-star reviews upon coming to this place but I have to let people know that, at least for an adult/couples, it's a decent resort with most of the stuff you'd want for a holiday resort that isn't near a major city. If you want to relax by the pool and get some much needed chill time - it's great.

Bambos made our holiday a special one, such a top guy, would highly recommend, the hotel staff were friendly and the atmosphere in general was brilliant but I have to say BAMBOS made our holiday, he is a right laugh we actually love him so much.

The hotel has a really lovely atmosphere. Tranquil and relaxing. We chose this hotel due to the lounge area near the pool and bar as we prefer to sit in a chill environment opposed to a hotel with entertainment. On arrival we were shown our room. There was two paper bags each with a sandwich, apple and a carton of juice. This was a nice touch, but have had better in other hotels. The room was dated, as other guests have said. There was a funny, chemical smell in our room, the wooden furniture was blown from the condensation and the bath really needs to be replaced with a shower. Air-conditioning worked well and rooms were cleaned to an acceptable standard daily. Only niggles were the balcony was not swept so sand from the beach was there for our entire stay and mirrors were not wiped down. Our first night was peaceful, but the following night and then for the next four nights we had some very load neighbourhoods who were next to us and directly opposite. They were going out at 2am shouting and coming back crashing furniture, being sick, shouting and on one evening howling like wolves. I reported this to guest relations on the first night who took the room numbers but nothing changed. Luckily they went home after the fourth night and we just slept in the sun bed through the day. We were all inclusive and cannot complain about the quality of the food and drinks. The three restaurants were absolutely amazing, Peeper bar being our favourite. In the hotel the cocktails were superb, however, the service was slow and took us a while to change from the quick service expected in the UK to the chilled environment of the Soma Lounge. We did feel that guests who were paying received a better service than those who were all inclusive. They were served quicker, more frequently and with a more friendly manner. I found this annoying as we were still paying, but we had just prepaid. It felt like the staff had the opinion that we were not worthy of the same level of service. Sun-beds were not an issue during our stay, there were still many available at 9am. Obviously the best positions around the pool had been reserved with towels, but we didn’t mind. As we entered the second week of our holiday we noticed a change over of guest which changed the subbed reservation dynamics and people began to reserve sun-bed between 6-7am. If you went out in the morning you were unlikely to get a subbed on your return. The food in Cloister was always delicious. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and often remembered what drink you were having with your meal. We were only ever offered one, but had usually finished our meal and returned to the Soma Lounge for another. The surrounding area was pleasant, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Some enjoyable excursions and the beaches are stunning! I am glad we chose this hotel as it was right in the middle of everything and a beautiful, peaceful oasis inside. The location of the hotel was good, there were pools for children and adults in the yard! The hotel also has a private beach within walking distance!

We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁

The room is quite old, including the towels, etc. It is recommended that children bring their own. The swimming pool is average cleanliness, there is no private beach, the public beach is just below the hotel, and the sea water is also average cleanliness. Suitable for sunbathing, watching the sea in a daze, and immersive reading. The breakfast is traditional but tastes good, and the male waiter at the front desk is very good. Google positioning in the Napa area is completely out of order, so rent a navigation system if you drive!

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel.In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides.Stuff is professional and kind.Breakfast has a variety of stuff for all tastes, although pastries are not the best quality.Food of the main restaurant (antaeus) is very good and tasty.One of the disadvantages of the hotel are the rooms, some rooms are not renovated so this is a thing that it can be improved.Finally the best thing in this hotel is the pool of course, it is quite big and there are enough sunbeds around the pool.

Luxury 5* hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had super pleasant and relaxing time. Very beautiful designs, pool and view on it is amazing, nice balcony with big chairs, I liked a lot a window in a bathroom which you can close if you wish. Literally everything you wish. Iron inside the room was very good plus. Breakfast with beautiful view and big choice from buffet and a-la cart. Very helpful and respectful staff! We had problems with our door late in the night and they helped us several times to fix it, even though this issue was quite annoying. Actually everything we asked - they helped us! We asked to change the room for the more expensive one and they also fixed it even the hotel was fully booked. Very silent inside the room and speaker in the bathroom was nice add on. The only thing which we was not amazed was the dinner - didn’t feel well after it two times, breakfast was much better. Hotel is super fresh, just opened, rooms are still smelling like brand new furniture. Location is nice! It took us literally 5-7 min to come to the bars street and 5 min down to go to the beach (next to kaliva beach bar), has a direct road through the parking next to the red supermarket, which we didn’t see in the beginning. Everything is really designed for two. A lot of couples, nice contingent, no kids and full relaxation. I would recommend to visit for sure ❤️ and amazing photos as a plus.

From my point of view, they forgot one star, on Booking they are ranked only 4... 10 stars for the stuff! Lazarus - maitre is the best! The chef is a master of cooking. If you come just for a holiday, you will forget to live the fairytale of this place. It's fantastic!

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

An excellent stay at all aspects. Tasty food ,really great service, clean hotel. Late checkout for free and writing now enjoying my tea with the best view from my room balcony. Definitely coming back!

I just returned from Capo Bay. I highly recommend this Hotel- its the perfect location... at the doorstep of Fig tree bay. You have the beach promenade to walk along as well as all the restaurants just outside on the main street. There is a lovely bakery round the corner as well. The staff at the pool restaurant were warm and friendly and catered to our vegetarian needs...thank you Sunil and Sayeed! Breakfast was great - loved the Fresh Orange Juice and live Omelette station. Maybe consider offering more variety of fresh fruit. Front desk staff were not helpful especially when it came to room upgrade and changing rooms. After reading previous reviews as many other guests received upgrades and good view rooms on request. Overall a great time and highly recommend this hotel. It is the best hotel along the coast of protaras beach. We had perfect weather. please note they do not provide any drinking water - only on the first day. Considering its a 4* hotel this should be provided as standard.

Had yet again the most wonderful 11 holiday with my sister. The entire team in this hotel work tirelessly to ensure everyone has the best holiday . A huge personal thankyou to ALL the team ..you are simply the best . A special shout out to Justine and the team in Orthello Bar , who are both friendly professional and genuinelycare that everyonehas the bedt time.. Maria and the reception team again treat each customer as an individual and work hard to accomadate requests. The dining room team , domestic staff and other teams are also GEMs. Thankyou to uou all and have a good well earned rest over the winter x

As a family we have been going to protaras for about 20 years . We arrived on the 4th May and this was our 2nd time staying at The Constantine Great Beach Hotel and the standard of the housekeeping has declined dramatically compared to our 1st stay. This hotel states that it is a 5* hotel but unfortunately if they allow the maid service to continue as it is then they will lose there rating. On several occasions we were having to ask for towels,toilet rolls,tea and coffee and to have the milk replaced in our room.The maids were saying that they had done it but when checking again they hadn’t so having to chase the maids to get them to do there jobs and then being tutted at for asking for the things that they should be doing. We stayed for a week and in that week we didn’t get clean sheets,but they did make the beds. There was a clump of hair on our balcony which stayed there all week so it proved that the maids didn’t sweep or mop the balcony,dirty glasses were left for about 3 days until they removed them,rubbish was left on the balcony nearly all week . The final straw was when I went to use the UHT milk that they leave in your room for a cup of coffee . When I opened the milk it had gone hard and mouldy so I went to the reception to complain and make them aware of this. I had also filled out one of there questionnaire which I had pointed a few things out to them. The final straw came when I asked if I could have my money back for the late check out fee which was 30 euros because of the things that I had complained about. The front of house manger Maria said that she would ask the hotel manger. After leaving it for about an hour or so I went back to the reception to find out what the manger had said ,Maria said that he had said no which I replied was not good enough because of all the things that I had complained about,the next thing that Maria said to me was uncalled for and very very rude she told me that the next time I visited cyprus was to go and stay at the illiada hotel as though I wouldn’t be welcomed at the Constantinos , I replied to her by saying how rude she was and how dare she talk to me like that as I was a paying guest. I found the hotel manger and explained what had happened and he said he was going to sort it. If you are thinking of staying there and are expecting a 5* hotel expect to be disappointed as in my experience it is bearly reaching a 3* hotel and will continue to decline if they don’t sort out there housekeeping staff.

I want to start this review by saying that the staff at this hotel are outstanding, they go above and beyond to help, they are friendly and very hard working. However, I can’t understand how majority of the reviews for this hotel are positive from what we and other experienced from our stay. Upon arrival the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are airy and modern and all looks very nice. I think the main issue with this place is there is far far too many guests for the amenities that the hotel has to offer. BUFFET: The buffet restaurant is absolutely tiny, every night there was a huge que wrapped all around to get to the food. This is not ideal with 2 small children when you have go back and forth separately for everyone to get their plate of food. This resulted in my partner not getting anything to eat because of the length of time it took then returning on his own at 9pm. The que went from the very first dish right to the last so it took a long time to get to the end. Not only that the food was not being replenished quick enough, everything was stone cold and the food all had a crusty top layer as if it had been standing for a long time. The food is one of the worst we have had. The hotel is aware of this issue as they had one of the staff members asking for peoples feedback and agreed it was far too small and that the hotel was looking into it. A LA CARTE: My next issue was the a la carte, there is only one included a la carte and the food here was absolutely disgusting and stone cold. The restaurant itself is outdoor but is very very dirty and unkept. While we were there the majority of people were leaving without finishing their meal. We waited over 2 hours and ended up leaving before our dessert as it was just taking so long. ENTERTAINMENT: this also wasnt great, there was only 1 thing on most nights that last 30mins-45mins and then that was it. It was out on the terrace which again there was not enough space or seats for how many guests were at the hotel. Daytime entertainment was very lacking, if you have children this is definitely not a good choice hotel for that reason. There is only 2 young girls that run entertainment during the day and they run very few activities. POOL: the pools upon arrival look great however we found these to be dirty, they all had scum rings around the outer which was never cleaned the whole time we were there, the tiles were black and mouldy in lots of places. We saw ants crawling all over the bar counters too. My suggestion to this hotel would be stop trying to make more money and concentrate on catering to the guests that have already paid a lot to stay here. Open up the paid a la carte as an option to all inclusive guests which would free up more congestion in the buffet. Open the roof top bar also as an option to all inclusive guests, not an extra charge. This would allow for more space for guests to enjoy their night rather than sitting in a small lobby for the whole duration of their holiday

Wow wow wow! Cannot fault this hotel and all the staff were fabulous from the cleaner through the management! Went for our honeymoon arrived at 11.50pm to fizz and drinks served from the bar and taken to our room for us! Open the fridge to find prepared food too! From day one we had no complaints, Yoni and Maria greeted us every morning for breakfast and Sullahman and Asun reminded us that it was 11am and ok to have a little tipple “you’re on holiday!” Food was outstanding never failed to not eat! Infact one day we went out for lunch as we couldn’t trust ourselves not to eat too much at lunchtime in the restaurant. The hotel is less then 5 mins from the beach and there are a couple of jetty’s with steps into the sea. It’s the 1st time we have said after 10 days we could stay longer. There is enough sunloungers for each guest if everyone has one bed, however on occasions whilst we were there, we witnessed one guest with 3 beds! 10/10 King Jason, do not change the way you run your business! This is a very good middle class hotel. It has a five star rating and has five star facilities such as spa etc. but it is not a luxury hotel . You need to have the right expectations when you come here and if you do its fantastic. Rooms and general areas are clean, service is excellent with the exception of a rude staffmember at the reception. The garden and pools are very good as is the location on a fantastic beach. We were halfboard and are vegetarians. We hade dinner two times at the buffe. One night with good vegetarian options but the second night poor. The other five nights we went to the different alcartes that are included. Good for vegetarians, marcellos, lemongrass and reef. Not so good the brasilian and the greek. The brasilian and greek both have vegetarian options but they were hardly eatable. In the brasilian we had a good red curry base but then they had unseasoned silken tofu as the protein. Silken tofu is not intended for this use and it just fell apart. The greek we had dolmadas and they were terrible. Tasteless. The starters were good though. Breakfast was a little limited but had everything you need. Fresh orange juice and coffe served at the table. My daughter was even able to get a soya milk ice latte in the morning. I asked for low fat youghurt and they ordered it for me especially for the rest of the week. The resturant staff is extremely service minded. I can recommend this hotel. It is a little worn and I missed the little touches such as candles and flowers on the table at dinner. They also need to improve the cleaning of the rooms. The regular surfaces were very clean but I can see that the skirting boards and walls had not been cleaned for a while. Also the carpets outside the rooms are a bit stained. If not for this I would rate this hotel five. Protaras is notvreally an upscale resort but the beach is lovely. And you can hike along the coast. We were here Och 29- Nov 5. The weather was perfect and pools and sea warm. A lot of people here at the beginning of the week and lots of people but by the end of the week a places started shutting down. Still enough resturants and bars open though for a nice holiday. Lots of stray cats around but no dogs. You can help out by buying cat food and feed a few of them. Other places we went had lots of stray dogs and that really hurts me to see. I donated to a dog shelter to do something.

We have been coming to this hotel since the year it opened sometimes twice a year and the quality is still as excellent as the day it opened . The staff and I mean all the staff are just wonderful always smiling and so friendly and professional just wanting to make sure everyone is having their best holiday . The quality of the food and drinks is what you would get in a top class restaurant but you feel so comfortable as there is never a scramble or a rush for a table. The cleanliness of the hotel bedrooms reception bar outside seating area swimming pool all of these areas are spotless . Each year it seems as though once someone has stayed here they become regulars and friends . A big thank you to Nikos Tryfonas and every member of staff for making our holiday so special again. Well we were very excited about coming to this complex as it is new and has good reviews.we have been coming to Cyprus 45 years visiting our Turkish Cypriot family. We usually stay in kyrenia area but thought we would try the courtyard. We arrived Sunday and there was no cot for our baby. Asked every day and they said at reception the hotel was full and no cots available. They knew we were arriving with a baby. BUY MORE COTS ITS SIMPLE. No room service had to ask on Thursday for clean towels and sheets WHY? SUNDAY again had to ask in morning for room to be cleaned. 6 o'clock not done,back to reception. Housekeeping finished. It's very bad service We paid a lot of money for this holiday and so far have been very disappointed. We have another week yet. The hotel should have more English speaking staff the amount of English speaking visitors here. Also a good idea would be to have a canopy over the children's play area. It's in full sun and the baby pool has no shade either. I would not recommend this complex just yet it needs improvements
