Because I was traveling to Hong Kong with my elders, I decided to book a car for a day trip between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. I had some concerns about border crossing when booking, but the customer service and driver were very professional. Customer service created a group chat a day in advance to provide information to the driver, and the car was in excellent condition. The driver arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early, and halfway through the journey, he reminded me that I could use the restroom. Everyone's service was excellent, and they provided guidance throughout the border crossing process via the group chat. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend it.★

Our family of five traveled from Hong Kong to Macau and chose a cross-border car rental service between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau through Ctrip. After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. We will definitely choose this company again for our next trip.
