The number of baggage pieces indicated for each vehicle type is based on a standard size of 24 inches. Luggage exceeding 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces.

Hong Kong Private Charter Service Description:

1. For local private charter services in Hong Kong, an additional suburban surcharge will apply for trips to outlying areas: CNY250 per location for 5-seater vehicles, CNY320 per location for 7-seater vehicles, and CNY650 per location for minibuses/buses. Outlying areas include: Victoria Peak (driving up the mountain), Shek O, Tung Chung, Disneyland, Hong Kong Airport, and the Hong Kong Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (includes one round-trip through the ordinary Hung Hom Cross-Harbour Tunnel. If you wish to upgrade to the faster Western Harbour Crossing or use other tunnels besides the Hung Hom Tunnel, the additional fees will be at your own expense).

2. For Hong Kong local private charter services, overtime charges apply: 250 CNY per half hour for 5-seater vehicles, 350 CNY per half hour for 7-seater vehicles, and 600 CNY per half hour for minibuses/buses. Any duration less than half an hour will be charged as half an hour. Overtime requests cannot be guaranteed on the same day. If you have other booking requests later, we recommend reserving sufficient time in advance.

3. Restricted areas in Hong Kong are inaccessible (such as the mountainous areas of Lantau Island, Tai O, Mui Wo, Discovery Bay, Noah's Ark, Sha Tau Kok, various islands, and all border crossings to Shenzhen in Hong Kong).

4. The car service hours are from 07:00 to 22:00. Using the service outside these hours (between 22:00 and 07:00) will incur an additional nighttime service fee. The local car service in Hong Kong charges a nighttime service fee of 150 CNY per trip.

5. Airport pick-up includes meet & greet service, with a service fee of CNY 100 per time.

Each infant/child is considered one passenger. The number of passengers or amount of luggage must not exceed the capacity limit disclosed on the page. If you book guide accompaniment service, an additional seat must be reserved to avoid insufficient vehicle space. If such situation occurs, the driver may refuse service and any resulting losses shall be borne by the passenger.

7. The booking cannot be canceled for free due to personal reasons, such as an expired ID, inability to enter the country, missing a flight, oversleeping, etc. Once the booking is confirmed, the vehicle rental duration is reserved to ensure your trip. If you need to cancel, please follow the cancellation policy on the booking page and pay the corresponding penalty fee.

8. Please note: In case of statutory holidays, the standards for suburban surcharges, overtime fees, and nighttime service fees may change. Please follow the instructions provided by our staff.
