Before the Lunar New Year, I saw many posts about long immigration checkpoint times. Although some claimed it wouldn't take more than an hour, I didn't want to risk it with a child, so I booked a fast-track immigration service. Everything went smoothly and conveniently; we passed through immigration quickly without being asked to show any documents. I was glad I booked, as the queue was indeed very long. Some people said that even with fast-track, there was still a wait for luggage, but after we entered the country, we got our luggage quickly and didn't wait long (less than 10 minutes). (Some people mentioned paying 200 for fast-track, but although the entrance seemed the same, the fast-track queue was on a different side (with very few people). Looking at the 200 fast-track option, I'm unsure if it's for paid or business class passengers, but there were at least 20-30 people in line, so I felt it was well worth the money.)

A very convenient option, especially after a long flight! They met you with a sign at the plane exit and escorted you to passport control. Literally 5-10 minutes and you're at the baggage claim!

We used the fast track service at Phuket Airport upon arrival. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. A staff member met us immediately upon arrival, calmly guided us through all the formalities without any lines, personally helped us with our luggage, and escorted us to the transfer area—a special plus. This service truly saves time and stress, especially after a flight. We were very pleased. Everything was efficient, polite, and to the point. The service fully met our expectations. I definitely recommend it.

Great experience! We picked this as a day activity when we spent a day in phuket arriving on a cruise ship. Pick up was easily arranged by picking a hotel along patong beach. The ATV was challenging but totally doable. The day was cloudy but still need to have sun protection!
