Easy to use, machine to top up was efficient. Do not need to use the MRT card and pay for the ride in need of toilet. U can ask for the mrt counter staff for a token to enter the station for the toilet.★

The round-trip card from Taoyuan International Airport to downtown Taipei and the card for unlimited use of the city's subway are separate. It's a great deal. I lost my city subway card on the way there, but the card for the return trip to the airport was separate, which was very helpful. The pick-up point at the airport is near the subway ticket gate on the B2 floor. I searched for it quite a while, thinking it must be somewhere inside the airport.★

FamilyMart gift cards are generally practical and suitable for people who frequently shop at FamilyMart convenience stores. They can be used to buy everyday items like drinks, lunchboxes, and coffee, and have no expiration date, allowing for multiple uses, making them convenient for small daily expenses. However, there are several limitations. They cannot be used for bill payments, collections, tickets, or EasyCard top-ups, nor can they be used to buy cigarettes. Some specific stores may also not support them. Therefore, they are more like "discounted spending credit" than completely equivalent to cash. If you get a discount, it's essentially a direct discount on your daily purchases, making it quite worthwhile in the long run.
