I had an amazing experience on this tour to Kaindy Lake, Kolsai Lake, and the canyon. It was truly a memorable trip from start to finish. Our tour guide, Didi, did an excellent job. She was incredibly friendly, spoke very good English, and made everyone feel comfortable. What really stood out was how she interacted with everyone and even remembered each person’s name, which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Even though the lakes were covered with snow and ice, it created a unique and magical landscape that was different from the usual views. It was definitely a special experience to see it in this season. We also had lunch at a guest house, which was a pleasant surprise. The place was very clean, and the food was delicious, adding even more enjoyment to the trip. Overall, it was a wonderful tour, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I participated in this tour as a solo traveler, and on the day I took it, there were many other solo travelers. The conversations among the participants were lively, especially on the bus (van) ride there. The places visited on this tour are all difficult to reach without public transportation, so a tour like this is efficient, and I'm glad I participated. Our guide, Rustam, made the tour exciting and actively engaged in conversation. We were able to experience the beauty of nature, and it was a tour that made me glad I went to Kazakhstan. On the other hand, the tour started at 4:30 AM and ended at 9:00 PM, so it might be a bit difficult for those with small children. Once again, thank you to our guide Rustam and driver for this wonderful experience!

It was a really nice experience, the transportation and guide was good. It is important to know that the "easy" option is really long and get boring as a hike, and the fast (along the pipes) can get physically challenging. Overall a beautiful and amazing experience.

I booked a half-day tour of the Tianjing Mangrove Forest, and the experience was fantastic! Our first stop was the Floating Mosque. From the bus, the blue dome and minaret stood out strikingly in the sunlight—solemn and photogenic; every shot was picturesque. Afterwards, we headed to the mangrove forest and saw gibbon monkeys up close for the first time. We fed them bananas, and the little guys were so lively and adorable; it was instantly heartwarming. Our driver, Xiao Qi, drove smoothly and attentively, while our guide, Steve, was enthusiastic and professional throughout, patiently explaining the local history, culture, and geography, making the otherwise mundane journey lively and interesting. The weather was quite hot that day, and finding the gibbon monkeys took some time. Although we only caught a glimpse from afar, it was still a fulfillment of our wish, leaving no regrets. We arrived at the beach in the evening. Our guide was a great photographer, capturing stunning sunset moments for everyone in our group. We were also lucky enough to catch a spectacular iron flower performance—dazzling and breathtaking! Finally, on the return trip, we searched for the romantic fireflies. The twinkling stars and the evening breeze created a truly enchanting atmosphere. The overall itinerary was well-planned, and the experience was rich and pleasant. I was very satisfied with the trip and would recommend it to everyone!
