During this trip to Shanghai, I specifically accompanied my brother to the Sihang Warehouse. While getting our headsets, I was drawn to the guide from the next group and immediately joined in! This guide, Mr. Mao, gave a vivid introduction to the Sihang Warehouse, starting with its historical background and making the figures mentioned particularly lively and insightful. Upon entering the museum, almost 90% of the visitors were listening to Mr. Mao's explanation! When visiting historical sites, the worst thing is to just walk around and look, then forget everything – that would be such a pity. Mr. Mao was very passionate about his work, making it captivating even for someone like me who doesn't know much about history, and giving me a deeper understanding of the Sihang Warehouse and its historical context. I can't say more, I highly recommend Mr. Mao!

Fortunately to be a personal group. The narrator Pan Zhenyu is humorous and knowledgeable, and the reserve is very large. In-depth explanations give me a deeper memory of this history. If you come to Shanghai, you should definitely go see it! The amazing techniques can be quite nerve-wracking at times, but the satisfaction is high! The nearby department store also has everything you need, making it convenient. If you stay in the Xintiandi area, you can get to the venue at a low price (I took a direct bus for about 40 yen).

The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.

Teacher Mao was very professional. A native of Shanghai, she was extremely familiar with Yu Garden and provided a very detailed explanation throughout the tour. The process wasn't tiring at all. We heard many stories about the garden, some of which weren't even online but were only recorded in the county annals. It was very vivid and interesting. She even took us to the City God Temple before the tour ended. It was definitely worth the trip! Yu Garden truly needs a guided tour; otherwise, you simply won't understand it! This trip was very worthwhile!


