I want to especially commend our tour guide, Xiao Song, from "Xiu Cai Shuo" Travel Agency. The meeting information she provided before the tour was incredibly accurate and easy to understand, making communication smooth. During the tour, she promptly and effectively addressed any questions we had. She always listened patiently and provided detailed answers, and her friendly and caring service made us feel incredibly cared for. Her explanations were incredibly solid, with clear and focused content. She recounted the history of Prince Gong's Mansion and its attractions with unwavering clarity, leaving us with a truly enriching experience. This excellent experience leaves me with no hesitation in recommending Xiao Song and "Xiu Cai Shuo" Travel Agency.

Our guide Mr Wang was extremely knowledgeable and humorous. It was an extremely informative tour, and he brought his own materials (prints) to supplement the tour to explain the history of the mansion. Great references to 还珠格格, the famous TV drama featuring a fictitious princess of the Qian Long emperor. You need to be quite fluent in Chinese and have a basic understanding of Chinese imperial history to truly appreciate what Mr Wang is sharing. Suitably impressed with the tour and I will recommend it to any history buff interested in the history of Qing dynasty.

Guide Wang's explanations were patient, detailed, and humorous, making the entire trip very enjoyable. His route planning was also excellent, covering the entire Prince Gong's Mansion. Highly recommended! Extremely dedicated and professional.
