The Great Wall day trip was a great experience, especially thanks to the two staff members for their professional service. The Ctrip customer service was patient and attentive; their suggestion to choose an earlier tour was spot-on, allowing ample time to catch the high-speed train. Tour guide Zhao Yingjie was thoughtful and professional, providing detailed and engaging commentary along the way, enriching the Great Wall experience and making me look forward to other attractions in Beijing. When other members of the group were worried about adjusting their plans, she actively offered assistance and coordinated with various parties. The trip was exceptionally smooth and fulfilling because of them. Thank you again! (Proactive review)

It was a fuss free travel to Mutianyu! Maggie was very clear in her instructions... And was there along the way to ensure that we are not lost. Maggie also helped us get the tickets for the different routes for great wall.. Pick up point was also convenient. Would strongly recommend. Just note that this service is only for bus trip, great wall tickets are not included but they will help you buy in advance to save u the trouble!

Vanessa was a very knowledgeable and great guide! We did the 5 hour walking tour with her, and even though it was so cold, her warm personality and enthusiasm for the Forbidden City kept us going! Highly recommend doing this tour (especially with Vanessa) to get the most out of FC.

I was very impressed with the Mutianyu Great Wall tour and the Summer Palace visit. I was especially impressed with our guide, Lina, and the driver. Lina was particularly helpful and informative. Booking the cable car ride to section 14 cost 140 yuan, which was very convenient as it saved us from queuing. We had 3-4 hours to explore the wall. The Summer Palace was incredibly crowded that day; it felt like everyone had gathered there. I commend the guide for her dedication and clear, informative explanations, particularly the history. I would have lost track of what she did on her own. For the Summer Palace at the top, the guide helped buy the tickets for 10 yuan (the same price if you bought them yourself, but the queues were much longer). The trip ended at the Olympic Stadium, which was beautifully lit up. Thank you so much, Guide Lina! I highly recommend this tour.


