The Great Wall day trip was a great experience, especially thanks to the two staff members for their professional service. The Ctrip customer service was patient and attentive; their suggestion to choose an earlier tour was spot-on, allowing ample time to catch the high-speed train. Tour guide Zhao Yingjie was thoughtful and professional, providing detailed and engaging commentary along the way, enriching the Great Wall experience and making me look forward to other attractions in Beijing. When other members of the group were worried about adjusting their plans, she actively offered assistance and coordinated with various parties. I took advantage of the long holiday to plan a trip to Beijing with my mother, and the Great Wall was a must-see.
After comparing several travel agencies on Ctrip, I finally chose Busida.
The night before departure, our guide, Sabrina Liu, called to inform us of the meeting details and arranged a minibus so the trip could proceed as scheduled.
On the way to Mutianyu Great Wall, I was pleasantly surprised to see Guide Liu provide a smooth bilingual commentary in both Chinese and English. Her English accent was fluent and authentic.
Throughout the trip, Guide Liu was also very attentive and considerate, responding to the needs and questions of the different passengers on the minibus. After arriving at the Great Wall, we rode the cable car together, and she even kindly helped us take photos.
Undoubtedly, choosing Busida for this Great Wall tour was a very reassuring decision;
And I also want to thank Guide Liu for her warm hospitality, which made this trip so memorable.
Both my mother and I have a very good impression of her.

Sincerely enjoyed this tour with Mike. He is very knowledgeable and certainly funny! The Tiananmen part was basically cancelled because of security screening times but he did a great job to explain about the history and significance from afar using a map. He also gave some good tips about the area. I think it was preferable to waiting in a queue for so long. The Forbidden City was fantastic. Mike told us about key points and also helped to avoid some major crowds and take photos. The ticketing and entry is quite quick because tours have a fast pass line. It’s totally worth it to join this tour!
