How to use
Swap your smartphone voucher for your FLEXI Pass at the VIENNA SIGHTSEEING & Vienna PASS Service (metro station Kärntner Ring/Oper)
The physical ID of the person who booked the tickets is needed to collect your FLEXI Pass
You must pick up your FLEXI Pass on the day you booked it for, but you can start using it on a later day if you wish. From the moment of its first use, it is valid for 60 days
Each attraction can only be visited once with the same pass (except, of course, the hop-on hop-off buses)
It is highly recommended to check each attraction's opening hours
Please note that the Visitor Terrace at Vienna Airport and Niederweiden Palace will remain closed for renovation until the end of 2027. Therefore, these attractions will not be available to City Pass holders.
Your FLEXI Pass is valid for 60 days starting from its first use
Children under 6 can join for free if accompanied by an adult with a pass
The FLEXI Pass is transferable and can be shared

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:58 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:58 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
