The dive instructor, Liao, was incredibly friendly, and the dive guide was super patient—unfortunately, I didn't ask for his name. Because I'm afraid of water and can't swim, the dive guide didn't rush me at all, just patiently helped me get used to the water before we went in. The underwater photographer was taking tons of photos and videos, and they were uploaded "that very evening"—super efficient! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!★

A very pleasant place in Panglao, especially if you are travelling with children or simply love animals. I liked that the staff offer free food for all the animals — you can calmly participate in the process without feeling like they are constantly trying to sell you something. This is rare.
The animals are kept in spacious, clean and well-maintained enclosures, and it is clear that they are well looked after. The grounds are neat, and everything looks well cared for and thought out. We were left with warm impressions from our visit.
