Purchasing the JR Wide Pass through Trip.com is incredibly convenient. Previously, with other platforms, I had to go to the airport to pick up and exchange the pass, but now I can exchange it electronically and simply show my email address upon arrival in Japan. The line provides direct access to the Ueno and Nippori areas, making it ideal for travelers staying in these regions. If your accommodation is not near Ueno or Nippori, you don't need to transfer on this line; you can directly use the subway. The trains are in excellent condition, and the service and environment are top-notch. All seats are reserved.
