Regarding the deadline

1. Order validity period: Physical tickets can be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issuance.

2. The validity period of the redeemed "JR Tokyo Wide Pass": 3 consecutive days from the date of first use.

*When redeeming at designated locations within Japan, please specify a date within one month as the start date for use.

[Important Notes When Purchasing]

If the name registered at the time of purchase does not match the name on your passport, you will not be able to redeem your passport at designated locations within Japan. Please make sure that the spelling of your name is correct.

[Important Notes for Redemption]

1. When redeeming the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" at designated locations within Japan, you must present your original passport. Please note that photocopies of your passport will not be accepted.

2. When redeeming the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" at designated locations within Japan, please specify a date within one month as the start date. Please note that the start date cannot be changed after redemption.

3. If you wish to redeem two or more "JR Tokyo Wide Passes", please note that the start date cannot overlap with the validity period (within 3 days) of any previously redeemed pass. Please specify a unique start date. Different types of passes (JR East Japan Rail Pass for Tohoku region, Nagano, and Niigata) can be redeemed even if their validity periods overlap.

4. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you cannot redeem the travel pass even if you have an order.

[Important Notes After Redeeming at Designated Locations in Japan]

1. When using the system, please enter and exit the station through the automatic ticket gates.

2. Please note that if the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" is lost, it cannot be reissued even if you have proof of purchase such as an order or receipt.

3. Additional charges will be levied on passengers if the use exceeds the scope of the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" or if equipment not included in the pass is used.

[Conditions for Use]

1. The travel pass is for personal use only. Please be sure to carry your passport with you at all times during the period of use. Please cooperate if station staff ask you to show it.

2. Once used, the validity period of the weekly pass cannot be extended or a refund requested due to train cancellations, delays, or other reasons. Furthermore, additional costs such as transportation and accommodation incurred due to changes in the itinerary will not be covered.

• The age distinction between adults and children is based on the date of ticket purchase. Please check your passport for age information.

* The JR ticket offices at “Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station” and “Narita Airport Terminal 2 & 3 Station” only offer ticket exchange services before and after the start and end of the operating hours of “JR East Travel Service Center Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station / Narita Airport Terminal 2 & 3 Station”.
