Located on the 6th floor of Grand Hammer, Beni-en is a zashiki-style kaiseki restaurant where you can experience Japan's ancient traditional performing arts in a relaxed manner.
Please enjoy the zashiki kaiseki cuisine supervised by Gion OKUMURA, and enjoy Japan's ancient traditional performing arts and zashiki games performed by geishas.
Drinks must be paid separately on site in cash.

*Roast beef sushi
*Salmon roe marinated in soy sauce with grated radish
*Vinegar pickled red and white with salmon and radish rolls
* Sesame with shimeji mushrooms, chrysanthemum and pine nuts
*Cabbage mousse, broccoli, shrimp and caviar bisque
2. Sashimi platter (yellowtail and tuna)
3. A5 Wagyu fillet steak with boiled carrots and chopped scallions
4. French cloud egg custard, champagne sorbet and citrus jelly parfait
