How to use
You may choose to be picked up at 5:30 p.m. from your hotel in Gusu District or Suzhou City, or meet the guide at Xiangmen Subway Station, Exit 2. If you choose to be picked up, please fill out the "Pick up location" field at checkout with your hotel's full address; otherwise, if you plan to meet at the subway station, simply write "No pick up required.".
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 12 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 9 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 9 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Know in advance:
- This tour runs with a minimum of 3 people
- The experience includes convenient pick-up and drop-off services within Suzhou's downtown area: hotels in Gusu District, Suzhou City
- Most of the cruise piers are located in the ancient city area of Suzhou, which is prone to traffic congestion. Please make sure you'll meet your tour guide on time
- During peak season, queuing up might be needed
- The night cruise lasts approximately 50 minutes before returning to your hotel
