I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

An impeccable experience! The tour was fascinating, and Luca was an outstanding guide. He was incredibly precise and clear, explaining every detail from Milan to St. Moritz perfectly. He kept us entertained throughout the day, and we especially appreciated his great availability and his practical advice on the best spots to visit. Also want to add that Luca takes very very nice pics😆! He helped us capture amazing memories. Highly recommended!"


