My friends who had been to Vietnam had been hesitant to use this car before their trip because they said it was convenient. Even though I made a last-minute reservation, they provided friendly service, and the car was comfortable and safe. I was very satisfied. I recommend it.

Overall, everything was fine. The bus was clean, the restroom worked, and we stopped at several stations along the way. Everyone was given pillows, a blanket, water, and a small snack. However, my friends and I were separated into different buses when we arrived at the station. We were put on a bus that left 15 minutes early.

The trip was good and on time. The problem was that the description wasn't clear about where to go or how to contact them, and they only wrote to me two hours before the trip, so I was worried they might cancel it. It would be good if they contacted me beforehand.
